Ingredients
4 oz skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1” cubes
1 tbsp soy sauce (non-alcoholic if needed)
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Sweet chili sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Sesame seeds
Scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Mix salmon with soy sauce, vinegar, honey, paprika, and garlic powder
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, halfway flipping
Toss salmon in sweet chili sauce while hot
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions before serving
