Description

Crunchy, juicy air-fried chicken wings glazed with a balance of sweet honey, spicy sriracha, and savory soy sauce. A quick, crowd-pleasing recipe for gamedays, parties, or casual dinners.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 small spring onion (sliced)
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Pat wings dry with paper towels
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, and 1 tbsp oil
Marinate wings in sauce for 15 minutes
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
Cook wings for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway
Increase air fryer to 390°F (190°C)
Mix butter and remaining soy sauce; brush over wings
Return to air fryer for 3-4 minutes until glossy and sticky
Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onions before serving

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding more sriracha or a pinch of cayenne
Place wings in single layer for even cooking
Stored in airtight container for 3 days
For vegan version: use soy yogurt instead of butter and skip sesame seeds
