Description
Crispy, oven-baked chicken wings tossed in a savory garlic butter and Parmesan sauce, offering a lighter alternative to fried versions. Perfect for game days or cozy dinners with a gourmet twist.
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings (drummettes and flats)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons melted butter
4 cloves minced garlic
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat.
Arrange wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway, until golden-brown and crispy.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, then season with additional salt to taste.
Return cooked wings to the bowl and toss with the garlic Parmesan sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, pat wings dry before baking.
Use fresh garlic versus powder for a bolder flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
