Ingredients
1 lb russet
golden or red potatoes
2 tbsp neutral oil (e.g., avocado or canola)
1 tsp fine sea salt
Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
1. Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly
2. Cut into 1/2-inch thick strips
3. Parboil in salted water (5 minutes) for extra crispiness
4. Dry strips thoroughly on paper towels
5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
6. Toss strips in oil and season
7. Cook in batches (to prevent overcrowding) for 20-25 minutes
8. Flip halfway through
