Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp (16–20 count), peeled and deveined
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels
Toss shrimp with seasonings (garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper) in a bowl
Lightly brush air fryer basket with avocado oil
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the basket
Air fry at 400°F for 5-6 minutes, until golden and cooked through
Notes
Can add collard greens, mango salsa, or a gluten-free crumb topping for a complete meal
For extra flavor, brush shrimp with halal-certified mayonnaise before adding seasonings
