Ingredients
2 lbs small potatoes, cleaned
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
Instructions
Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes
Toss with olive oil and seasonings
Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, shaking basket halfway through
Brush with melted duck fat (if using) for extra crispiness
Notes
Use duck fat or extra oil for crispier results
Double seasoning if desired
