Ingredients
12 mozzarella cheese sticks (string cheese)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil spray
Instructions
Sprinkle flour in a shallow bowl, season with salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
Beat eggs in a second bowl.
Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Dip each mozzarella stick in flour, shaking off excess.
Coat briefly in egg mixture, then press into breadcrumbs until fully covered.
