Crispy, golden buffalo cauliflower wings with a fiery tangy glaze, made vegan using air fryer magic. Perfect for parties or quick meals with bold flavor and minimal oil.
Ingredients
4 heaping cups cauliflower florets (about half a large head)
2 large eggs
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2–1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (non-alcoholic)
Instructions
Mix almond flour, tapioca flour, chili powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Whisk eggs in a separate bowl
Dip each cauliflower floret into eggs, then coat in the flour mixture
Lightly spray with avocado oil and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway
Toss with buffalo sauce immediately after cooking
Notes
Adjust cayenne for desired spice level
Ensure buffalo sauce is alcohol-free
