Description

1 cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup milk
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon paprika


Instructions

Peel the white onion and slice into petals without cutting all the way through
Press the petals outward and secure the core with toothpicks.
Toss flour in a bowl and add paprika.
Whisk eggs in a separate bowl, then dip the onion petals into flour
Submerge in the egg mixture, and coat.
