1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

Instructions

Place chicken wings on a paper towel-lined plate and pat completely dry.
Split into drumettes and flats for even cooking.
In a bowl, combine baking soda, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Coat the wings with the seasoning mixture, ensuring full coverage.
Let the wings rest on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
