Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados
1/2 cup gluten-free panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil spray (optional)
4 green onions, sliced (optional garnish)
Instructions
Prep air fryer and line basket with parchment paper.
Cut avocados into 1/2-inch sticks and carefully remove pits.
In a bowl, mix panko, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss avocado sticks with 1-2 tablespoons of the panko mixture until fully coated.
Arrange sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Top with sliced green onions before serving.
