Ingredients
1 kg (2lb) chicken wings, cut into drumettes and flats
1.5 cups fresh cilantro (coriander), roughly chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons lime zest
4 cloves garlic, minced
1–2 red chilies, deseeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F)
In a large bowl, combine cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, red chilies, olive oil, salt, and pepper to form marinade
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and add to marinade, tossing until evenly coated
Let marinate for 30 minutes (minimum 15 minutes in a hurry)
Place wings in a single layer in air fryer basket
Air fry for 25 minutes, flipping halfway
Brush with reserved marinade (if not fully absorbed during marinating)
Cook for additional 7 minutes until golden brown
