Description

Blackened Air Fryer Salmon Bites are crispy, flavorful salmon chunks coated in bold spices and cooked perfectly in the air fryer in under 10 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 6-ounce skinless salmon filets, diced into 1-inch chunks
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Brown rice, optional for serving

Instructions

1. Place salmon in a large bowl and spritz the salmon with olive oil spray.

2. Combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix well.

3. Rub the spice mixture all over the salmon pieces until evenly coated.

4. Spray the air fryer basket with oil.

5. Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking halfway through, until cooked through and browned.

6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges, chopped parsley, and optional brown rice.


Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.

Shake the basket halfway through cooking to crisp all sides evenly.

Serve over salads, rice bowls, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
