Description

Crispy, savory-sweet salmon bites glazed with homemade teriyaki sauce, air fried to perfection. A quick, healthy meal with restaurant-quality flavor, ideal for weeknights or appetizers.


Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets (about 8 ounces total)
1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 clove garlic ( minced)
1 teaspoon fresh ginger ( minced)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
1 green onion (sliced, for garnish)


Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger
Whisk in cornstarch to thicken sauce
Place salmon in a single layer in air fryer basket
Cook for 8 minutes
Brush with half the sauce
Flip salmon and brush with remaining sauce
Cook 4-5 more minutes until golden and crispy
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion

For extra crisp: pat salmon dry before cooking
