Ingredients
12 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 corn or flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
Pat shrimp dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and salt
Heat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
Place shrimp in air fryer basket, brush with olive oil
Air fry for 5-7 minutes until pink and crisp
Warm tortillas separately for 30-60 seconds
Layer with shrimp, cabbage, avocado, cotija cheese, and cilantro
