Ingredients
2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin-on or skin-off
12 asparagus spears, tough ends trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, halved and sliced (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and half the garlic powder
Toss asparagus with olive oil and remaining garlic powder
Place salmon in air fryer basket first, then add asparagus in a single layer
Cook for 8 minutes
Flip salmon and asparagus, then cook for another 7-8 minutes until salmon is flaky and asparagus is tender-crisp
Garnish with lemon slices (if using) and serve immediately
