Description

Quick and flavorful roasted Roma tomatoes made in an air fryer for tender, caramelized jewels with concentrated sweetness and umami depth. Perfect for salads, sauces, or gourmet sides.


Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
Place halved tomatoes in air fryer basket
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper, herbs, and garlic
