Ingredients
2 pounds Roma tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme or oregano (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
Place halved tomatoes in air fryer basket
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper, herbs, and garlic
Roast for 18-22 minutes, until softened and slightly caramelized
Let cool slightly before serving
