Description

Transform cooked pasta into craving-worthy chips using your air fryer! These crispy, golden slices burst with savory flavor and pair perfectly with your favorite dips. Quick, easy, and adaptable to any seasoning you crave.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups cooked rigatoni or penne pasta (drained and fully dried)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (non-animal rennet)

Instructions

Cook pasta until al dente, drain completely, and let air dry for 2-3 hours
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C)
Toss pasta with oil and half the Parmesan
Spread in single layer in air fryer basket
Air fry 8-10 minutes, shaking basket halfway
Add remaining Parmesan during last minute for golden finish
cool slightly and serve

Notes

Pasta dries faster in a pasta drying basket
Lightly salt the air fryer basket to prevent sticking
Substitute Parmesan with nutritional yeast for cheese-free version
Top with chili flakes/italian seasoning for extra flavor
Store in airtight container up to 24 hours for best crispiness
