Ingredients
4 boneless chicken thighs
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch cubes)
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper
Add chicken to marinade, stirring until fully coated
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket
Cook for 6 minutes, then flip and cook 4-5 more minutes
Sprinkle with parsley and chili flakes (if using) before serving

Chili flakes can be omitted or reduced for milder flavor
