Ingredients
6 fresh jalapeño peppers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Slice jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes to reduce heat
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne until smooth
Spoon cheese mixture into halved jalapeños
Dip each stuffed jalapeño in beaten egg, then coat with Panko
Brush melted butter over the coated peppers
Place in air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes
