Description

Juicy, garlic-infused steak cubes with a warm, earthy seasoning and rich butter sauce. Perfect for fast, restaurant-quality meals at home.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs (680g) beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes
2. Toss steak cubes with olive oil, paprika, onion powder, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
3. Place steak in a single layer in air fryer basket (may need to do in batches)
4. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway
5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small bowl, mix with minced garlic and lemon juice
6. Brush garlic butter sauce over cooked steak cubes and serve immediately

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure desired doneness (130°F for medium-rare)
For extra flavor, add fresh parsley or cilantro to the butter sauce
Serve with garlic mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables
