Description

Crispy, healthy vegetarian bites made with spiralized zucchini, a spiced flour coating, and air-fried to golden perfection. Light, flavorful, and ready in 25 minutes—perfect for snacks, parties, or weeknight sides.

Ingredients

Scale

1 medium zucchini, spiralized
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Olive oil spray

Instructions

Spiralize the zucchini and transfer to a clean kitchen towel to blot dry.
In a shallow bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Working in batches, toss zucchini curls with the flour mixture until fully coated.
Spritz both sides of the coated curls with olive oil spray.
Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 390°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Notes

Use a sturdy spiralizer or julienne peeler for optimal curly shape.
Customize the coating with Italian seasoning or parmesan (dairy-free if needed).
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
