Description

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup halal mozzarella cheese (shredded or sliced)
1/4 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Place flour in a shallow dish, beaten eggs in a second dish, and breadcrumbs in a third.
Dip each chicken breast in flour, shake off excess, then coat in beaten eggs, and dredge in breadcrumbs.
