Ingredients
6 chicken drumsticks
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
Instructions
Pat chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels
Place drumsticks in air fryer basket
Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
Drizzle olive oil over drumsticks
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes
Flip drumsticks halfway through cooking
Continue cooking until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Notes
Paprika or cayenne pepper can be added for extra flavor
Use a spray bottle with oil if avoiding oil altogether
