Description
Crispy chicken and golden potatoes in an air fryer, seasoned with garlic, smoked paprika, and chili flakes for a quick, satisfying weeknight meal.
Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs total)
2 cups cubed potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes.
Pat chicken dry and toss with 1 tsp oil and half the spices.
Toss potato cubes with remaining oil and seasonings in a bowl.
Place chicken in air fryer first, then add potatoes in a single layer.
Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook 8-10 more minutes until golden and crisp.
Notes
For extra crispiness, blanch potatoes in water for 5 minutes before air frying.
Adjust cook time based on air fryer model; check for doneness with a meat thermometer (165°F/74°C for chicken).
Serve with lemon wedges or parsley for brightness.
