Ingredients
10.6 oz boneless chicken thighs (skin on or off)
1/3 cup homemade char siu sauce (soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, cornstarch)
1 tsp sesame seeds (toasted, optional)
Steamed white rice (for serving)
Instructions
Pat chicken thighs dry and brush with char siu sauce on both sides. Marinate for 15-30 minutes (or overnight).

Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until glaze is caramelized and skin is crisp.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving. Serve with steamed rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, simmer the sauce briefly before using.
Adjust cook time based on air fryer model; check for doneness with a thermometer.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
