Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ cups brown sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C)
Prepare a small oven-safe dish or ramekin, line with parchment paper
Melt unsalted butter in microwave or stovetop
Mix melted butter with brown sugar in a bowl
Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt
Fold in chocolate chips (if using)
Transfer mixture into prepared dish
Place in air fryer and cook for 12–15 minutes
Let cool slightly before slicing into squares
Notes
Let brownies cool slightly to avoid melting
Use mini ramekins for individual servings
