1 large egg
2 tablespoons cooking spray
3/4 cup mayonnaise (non-hydrogenated)
2 tablespoons sriracha
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce (or honey)

1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C)
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture
Place flour in a shallow dish. Whisk egg in another shallow dish
Coat shrimp in flour, shake off excess, then dip in egg
Place on air fryer basket and spray both sides with cooking spray
Air fry for 6-8 minutes (shrimp should be opaque and golden)
While shrimp cooks, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, garlic, lime juice, and salt in a bowl
Toss cooked shrimp in sauce until well coated
Serve warm with lime wedges and cilantro if desired
Notes
Adjust sriracha amount for spiciness
Use parchment paper to prevent sticking
Leftovers keep in airtight container for 1-2 days
