Ingredients
4 oz salmon fillet (cut into 1-inch cubes)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Thai chili sauce (no alcohol)
1 teaspoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey
Pinch of sugar (optional)
Instructions
Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels
In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Add salmon to the mixture and toss to coat
Drizzle with olive oil and mix until evenly coated
Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6 minutes until golden and crispy
While cooking, whisk mayonnaise, Thai chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and sugar (if using) in a small bowl until smooth
Toss air-fried salmon in the sauce or serve as a dipping sauce
Notes
Adjust heat level by increasing or reducing Sriracha
Optional: Add 1 teaspoon lime zest for brightness or 1 teaspoon soy sauce for umami
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours
