Description

Ingredients

4 flour tortillas
2 medium apples
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp melted vegan butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Core and thinly slice apples
Mix apple slices with sugar and cinnamon
Spread filling onto tortilla halves
Fold tortillas into quarters
Brush edges with melted butter
Air fry 5-7 minutes until golden
