Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg, beaten
Instructions
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl
In another bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, water, eggs, and melted butter
Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms
Knead dough gently on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes
Rest dough for 5 minutes
Divide into 6 equal pieces
Roll each into a ball, press a finger into center to form a hole
Brush tops with egg wash
Place in air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes per side
Notes
Use a 3-inch biscuit cutter or knife to shape holes
Add cinnamon, sesame seeds, or poppy seeds to the dough or on top
Adjust cooking time based on air fryer wattage
