Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 zucchini, cut into chunks
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Herbs de Provence
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
Combine chicken cubes with sweet chili sauce, paprika, Herbs de Provence, half the olive oil, and salt. Let marinate 5 minutes.
Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
Spray skewers with remaining oil. Cook in preheated air fryer at 375°F for 10 minutes, then flip and cook 5 minutes.
Check doneness and serve immediately.
